Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and manage patient plans of care by clearly explaining services, value, and outcomes
• Oversee daily operations of the front office, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery
• Control and optimize patient flow to minimize wait times and maximize productivity
• Manage scheduling and staff workflow to support smooth patient transitions between providers
• Lead and coach front office staff; assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• Monitor performance metrics, follow up on missed appointments and incomplete care plans
• Handle escalated patient concerns and ensure a high standard of care and communication
• Coordinate with providers to maintain alignment on care plans, upgrades, and scheduling
• Track office inventory and manage administrative supplies and resources

Recommended:

• Experience in healthcare operations, office management, or practice administration
• Proven ability to sell or present treatment plans or wellness programs effectively
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy setting
• Comfortable with EMR systems and general office technology
• Goal-oriented and motivated to grow with a busy, patient-focused practice
